Guest House W/ Hot Tub and Greenbelt Access

This guest house was built in the spring of 2020 with one goal in mind - to create an inviting, fun environment for travelers to experience the wonderful city of Boise. You can enjoy your time exploring the city and come back to soak in the hot tub, and relax on the patio with outside seating for your friends. The house has its own bathroom, a living area, a queen bed, and a breakfast bar.  There is an electric griddle, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There is also an alleyway patio with seating and a gas BBQ. The common areas that are shared with guests in the main house are the hot tub and the back deck with an awning.  The laundry room is located on the east end of the garage, accessed from outside on the RV parking strip.

This property is close to everything Boise has to offer, its downtown scene, whitewater park, biking trails, and the magnificent foothills trail system.  With being only a 10-minute bike ride from the foothills trail system and only 15 minutes away from eight local breweries you are bound to find endless opportunities to enjoy yourself.  So kick back, relax and have fun staying in this guest house.

Check-In Details:
- Keys are located in a lockbox on the fence which is right behind the right fence post of the gate on the garage side.
- Once you have access and have unlocked the gate, push the gate open, don't pull
- Heating the guest house is up to each guest.  The wall heater is located in the bathroom and please adjust the heat gradually.
