Additionally, there is a pantry large enough to accommodate anyone’s larder.
The dining room has hardwood flooring and opens out to the backyard via a slider glass door onto a Trex-style deck that extends left and ends with a step down onto a red brick paver patio. The backyard contains minimal mowing opportunities as the owner’s landscape creation includes a waterfall without a pond. Back inside the dining room; notice the lovely built-China hutch just to the side of the doorway. What a fantastic convenience to showcase one’s best dishes and beverage glasses and other keepsakes! The master suite and two other bedrooms are downstairs with the fourth and a bathroom upstairs.
