Location, Location, Location.  Close to everything.  This home is a short walk to the Boise River, the renowned Greenbelt and two first-class parks - the Kathryn Albertson Park and the Ann Morrison Park.  Downtown Boise is a 3-minute drive away or a 15-minute walk, as is BSU.  The Airport is just 10 minutes away.  You will love the convenience of this location.   The mountains above Boise can be seen from the living room, dining room and kitchen.  This is a great location for walking, biking, running and a short drive to all things Boise.  Easy Smart Key access for seamless check in and access.  

Newly remodeled in mid-century period, your home away from home has an inviting, warm, and spacious interior.  The full kitchen has all new appliances and is fully furnished with everything you need to bring your culinary skills to life. The bathroom is completely remodeled, as are the bedrooms, including new Novaform memory foam beds with one King bed and one Queen. The living room is equipped will all new furniture including a sectional sofa and a quiet reading area.  The Wi-Fi is the fastest available and will support all your computer and smart phone needs.  The TV is ready for your NETFLIX, HULU or other streaming services. There is a washer and dryer available.    

The City of Trees has many great offerings.  Fine dining and small local hangs, breweries, galleries, shops, and with BSU having an in-town campus, there is a youthful feel and eclectic atmosphere.  The farmer’s market, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, and Boise Contemporary Theater are a small portion of what Boise has to offer.  The STIL, a popular local Ice cream destination, is a short walk away.  You will fall in love with this town.  Don’t miss out on nearby things like Bogus Basin ski area, hikes in the foothills, the Birds of Prey Raptor Center and, of course, the wineries with tasting rooms.  A little further drive but well worth it are places like the Sawtooth Mountains, Sun Valley and numerous outdoor offerings, including an abundance of natural hot springs. One advantage we feel this home offers is that it borders the historic Morris Hill Cemetery.  Locals use the area for walking, running, biking and just relaxing.  The mature trees provide a home to geese, magpies, squirrels, and an occasional herd of deer wandering over from the Greenbelt.  A park-like setting just across the street, adding to the privacy of the home.  
Note:  The city is installing a new sidewalk through July 2022 with full access to the home’s driveway as a non-interference job.
